The host cancelled this booking 3 hours before check in claiming issues with electrics and heating. She offered a sub standard property on Anfield Road, as a replacement with no reduction in cost even though the property offered was much cheaper. When we contacted Vrbo they held a three way conversation where the host said she was too busy to speak (even though support is 24/7) and we should email on the Monday after our weekend break was over. We passed the property we had paid for (the one here) and there was someone in there charging their car, so there was clearly no problem with property, she just changed ours for no reason. We did not stay in the second property we were dumped with. If I could give 0 stars I would. To date she has not repaid the money we paid. Issues such as broken back door so no security, no parking permit, garden gate held shut with a stack of chairs, hardly any cutlery, dirty pans some with food still left in to name but a few issues.
