It’s a town centre property, as you understand there is no parking in the building - however you can park right in front as street parking between 6pm to 8am is free, but chargeable by Sefton council during the day - the best place is to unload all your stuff and park in NCP parking at Southport station which costs £3.95 for 24 hours. [Loading and unloading is allowed for free at any time of the day in-front of the building entrance]. Please note that smoking is forbidden in this property and if smoking occurs you will be fined.
