“Beautiful hotel. Tow guest rooms share one bathroom but that wasn’t an issue for us. The property is clean and beautiful. Kitchen is beautiful. Close to a lot. The staff called me after I checked in to make sure everything was good. ”

“Place was nice in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood only minutes from Big Ben. A few broken things but very minor (step on trash bin, pulley for blinds/shades). Email is the best way to communicate, don’t bother using WhatsApp or any other form of communication. Would definitely stay again otherwise ”

“My initial room was on the top floor and the light wasn’t working, it felt very humid and dusty and gave me allergies. People via email and reception were nice and sorted out a different room in the ground floor which was a bit better - however it feel is like there is no alignment between reception and the email contact given through Expedia. Key to enter the building stopped working on my second day and had to request access via email and they shared a code. Building is located super close to……

“Internet was great. Dalton quickly took care of a heat problem. The location was perfect- within walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. We walked several times to NYU London and the dorm near Mecklenburg Square, purchased a guitar on Denmark Street, enjoyed a rock and roll tour, watched the screens at Now Center, etc. Very interesting neighborhood for families. ”
