「I booked a specific place due to the sleeping arrangments, knowing how specific my neurodivergent kid is, needing to sleep in her own bed. Not until we were in the air already flying from the US to London, I was sent a message that they changed us to another apartment, tried to say it was an upgrade. The sleeping arrangment was ruined and 2 kids had to sleep on the couch. The towels weren't any bigger than hand towels and they gave us 5 for 5 people the whole week. Water went all over the floor...

「More cleaning supplies and toiletries such as shampoos and soaps and towels should have been supplied initially, also wifi password was incorrect, which was inconvenient, poor check in instruction not stating which floor the apartment was on, which was also quite frustrating」

「This is the most charming place to stay in London. Truly elegant. Our apartment was incredibly large with a wonderful balcony and plush rich furnishings. The location is perfect… a 20 min walk through Green Park to Buckingham Palace. 15 min to Piccadilly Circus and shopping and dining at your door. But, they didn’t tell us that construction is going on behind the building. Our experience was 7:00 am to 6:00pm. Looks like a ground up new building that might take months to complete. Will stay here...

「It is 100% a you get what you pay for kind of apartments. Even tho the hallway still is a building place it’s not messy, it smelled a little of weed and cigarettes now and then but that’s only in the hallway. The apartment it self was ok. Looks clean and spacious. Host was nice and they’re easy to contact. Only “bad” thing is that mop for floor was old and dirty, there was no sponge for dishes and there most definitely is black mold on the windows (not enough that it’s a health risk) wich...
