“Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London.”

“This was a perfect place for a family to stay. The kitchen allowed us to save on food and the beds were amazing. Be forewarned, the basement unit is next to a karaoke bar and the unit is beneath a very busy tea shop. This was a problem for our family member that stayed in the back left bedroom but not an issue for anyone else. There is no cleaning included, so you will need to handle your own rubbish and recycling. Management was very responsive though when I identified some very minor repairs……

“Was not able to check into property despite requesting a late check in, getting charged for a late check in and then being told we couldn’t check in when we arrived. Next day was marked as a no show and again told we could not check in despite it being 11am and check in being at 3pm. Had to find another property, which didn’t happen until 3am. Property knew we had our family with no where to go and didn’t care. Even offered to pick up key from them but they were unwilling. The next day not……

“It is 100% a you get what you pay for kind of apartments. Even tho the hallway still is a building place it’s not messy, it smelled a little of weed and cigarettes now and then but that’s only in the hallway. The apartment it self was ok. Looks clean and spacious. Host was nice and they’re easy to contact. Only “bad” thing is that mop for floor was old and dirty, there was no sponge for dishes and there most definitely is black mold on the windows (not enough that it’s a health risk) wich……

“They went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of! They were quick to respond to everything, even our last minute request to come in early. I do wish they would have disclosed that the extra beds were roll away and during the year waivers we only had 1 fan to share between 4 people. It is close to everything. Lots of cute places to get coffee or food. Even the corner market was very close and easy to purchase what we needed.”
