「The room was shabby and lacked any amenities other than soap. The front desk person was unable and help with anything as she said her boss was the only one capable. For example I asked her to print something and she gave me the email address. When I returned to pick it up she said it went to her boss so it was unavailable 」

「Just needed a quick night to stay halfway between home and Houston. Location was convenient. As many states in reviews, there is no front desk attendant, you message the property on here and they come meet you.
Room was clean, but…
Bed was rock hard and there were people outside yelling/blasting music all night long. Will definitely not stay there again. 」

「I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here....

「Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...
