“It is such a beautiful property. The decor inside the suite and outside on the grounds is amazing. Their breakfast is always awesome. Will never stay anywhere else if we are visiting Sedona.”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“The 2 adjoining rooms we had smelled like dog urine and I had to call in housekeeping to try to alleviate the smell. The room has definitely seen better days. I was surprised that housekeeping left gum on top of the towels and have never experienced this before at a Hilton property. I do come to Sedona and will seek another property in the future.”
