This is a brand new villa, very modern and sizable.

This is a brand new villa, very modern and sizable. Location is great, no views to and from other houses, so good privacy. Several beaches are accessible within 7-10min drive. Water in pool is little salted. We recommended owner to bring more equipment to kitchen to provide all necessary stuff for cooking which he accepted (as we were his 2nd guests after opening). Overall, great value for money.
