Beach is 600 - 700 meters away, it's very easy to reach on foot. Beach name is Salbunic.

There are 3 beach bars with drinks on that beach, food and icecreams. I know about beach bar Sal, and beach bar Adria. There is also a small aquapark (installed on sea water), so kids can enojy.

The landlords live in the basement apartment.

Apartment 1 (Apt. 1) = ground floor apartment
Apartment 2 (Apt. 2) = 1st floor apartment

Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 are rented to tourists.

The garden is shared between Apartment 1 (ground floor) and Apartment 2 (1st floor).

The pool is shared between Apartments 1 and 2. The owners are mostly at work and do not use the pool.
