In my apartment you sleep next to the sea, listening to the waves. You wake up watching the sun rise. You can spend hours on the terrace relaxing, reading and looking at the sea.
We have the beach 5 meters away, a delight!
You can quickly reach bakeries, butchers and supermarkets. There is parking space in the surrounding streets or in a nearby car park.
We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200cm and the other with a bunk bed of 80x190. In total, it can accommodate 4 people.
There is a full bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet (you can see it in the photos) and its amenities ( hairdryer, bath gel, shampoo, towells )
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Airfryer, fridge with freezer and everything you need to cook.
There is a washing machine and an outside drying rack.
The terrace has a bench, a table and two reclining chairs and at the entrance to the street there is a 20 square meter patio.
It has heating, a fan in the double bedroom and a split air conditioning unit in the hallway.
The apartment has sheets, towels, and cleaning products if necessary.
You’ll love the view and the proximity to the sea and the beach. Being able to walk along the coast with the sea next to you. The sunrise, the calm, the waves…
It is a very quiet area.
We are in the port part of the town, with views of the dock. This area is the busiest in summer without being a crowded town in August. In less than 5 minutes walking you have a bakery, cafeteria, butcher, hairdresser, restaurants in the same area of the port and about 10 minutes walking you are in the inner part of the town with the same services.
There are several supermarkets open all year round.
In winter time there are less restaurants opened but in summer are plentybof them.
Out of season, some restaurants close.
By car, you can reach Figueras in 20 minutes to visit, among others, the Dalí Museum and the house where he was born.
You can also visit the pretty town of Cadaqués passing through Port de la Selva in just 25 minutes. We recommend visiting Sant Pere de Rodes and its views on the way.
If you choose the French part, we recommend visiting Colliure.
And if you want to visit other towns, we recommend the medieval town of Besalú or the volcanoes of Olot.
Let's not forget Girona, with a famous Jewish quarter.
And if you want to visit Barcelona, it will take you almost 2 hours by car. By conventional train, it will take you 1h40 minutes to two hours, or around 50 minutes by high-speed train leaving from Figueres-Vilafant station.
