Stayed here a few times, for a budget hotel,they go out of the way to look after guests, As a biker,got a lock up garage, so you know your motorcycle is safe.

spacious rooms, and warm, clean pool and spa. Breakfast was excellent. Minor downs; dated hotel, hard pillows bar cashed up before 10pm so wasn't able to use.

Lovely area, but town rather run down and considering this was the Victorian Weekend festival - most shops were closed on the Saturday as was the Cycle museum, and the Spa tea rooms

Went back to revisit area that I went to as a child. The museum was well worth a visit. Walk around the lake was nice, but the cost of hiring a boat was a little expensive. Also, unfortunately, like many other town centres shops have closed.

A lovely town and a great place to visit. Also the local Ford Dealer "Tremont Ford" did me an amazing deal on my new Ford Kuga which i have come to collect.
