满意：员工和服务，清洁度
It’s a typical British hotel, a bit tired and old. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable. But the walls are so thin, that you hear everything from the next room, even the light switch being turned on. The bathroom is a cupboard in the bedroom, it’s long and thin, someone had designed it to just about fit in a sink, a shower and a wc without leaving any space for a person to fit in as well. To go past the sink into the shower area you really need to squeeze past it, there is no room to stand in front of the sink to wash without keeping the door into the bedroom open and standing on the carpet. There is nowhere to hang your clothes or towel when taking a shower. Super uncomfortable to use any of these facilities. The bathroom needs a proper deep clean, it’s just been surface cleaned for a long time. Breakfast was fine full English and if you wish you could sit on a ‘throne’ to eat it.
