"Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Bar staff friendly and real ale, (one), was good. Bar food was typical middle of the road pub grub, not good nor bad, but... meh! Hotel staff were good and welcoming. All in all, not bad for the money and would stay again. "

It’s was a king sized bed so we thought it will be fine However the mattress well well worn no support. Both off us could not get Comfortable. "Lovely room with great bathroom. A bath and separate shower was a treat. Plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. WiFi was good and nice decor. Staff were pleasant and was lovely to be able to converse Welsh. Location was handy for lots of places to visit. Defo hope to be back"

"The cottage is in a great location for walking and cycling . You can walk or cycle straight onto the old railway line which is the stary of many walks/cycle routes. The cottage is well equiped and we felt very cmfortable there. The weather was good so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the views."

"Lovely place to stay as a base for our holiday. We had the woodland suite with hot tub which all felt very special, the bathroom was especially fancy, and being in the hot tub with all the sparkly lights made such a great end to the day. Shout out to Iwen who served us a delicious breakfast and helped us plan our day with his good local knowledge. "

"Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. The food in the attached restaurant/ pub was good, though the service was hindered by only 1 person doing everything, hotel check in and restaurant duties."
