“The room had roaches, the pool had roaches, the surrounding area had roaches. One climbed on my leg in my room and fluttered off. Found another on the bed skirt. I ask for raid or anything to take care of it. I was offered a new room on the same floor but that didn't seem like a helpful solution if there's an infestation. I contacted Expedia to help with a refund so I could just leave but unfortunately the terms I agreed to say no refunds. I stayed and I woke up to a dying roach next to the……

I expected a charge but when you are paying over $300 per night for a room….my dog is 11 years old and obviously not a dog that would ruin a room. “Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. “We enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice, updated, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot do outlets and USB ports which was very nice. The breakfast had fresh waffles (you make), eggs, sausages, English muffins, bread and mini muffins. There was coffee, juice, hot cocoa packets and teas for drinking. They also had cereal yogurt, and instant oatmeal packets. It was a very satisfying breakfast. We would stay here again if we are passing through this town.”
