Een ruime villa met boven en beneden appartement en 7 slaapkamer (max. 14 personen). Een groot prive zwembad en veel privacy. De toegangsweg naar villa Arethusa was matig en op een bepaald punt zelfs slecht. Voor verlaagde auto's is villa Arethusa zelfs onbereikbaar.
