Hôtel fermé et aucune solution proposée avant 14h Compte tenu que le 31 décembre il y avait peu de chambre disponible nous avons réservé le seul hôtel restant en centre ville Nous attendons maintenant la prise en charge par Hotel.com dont le service commercial n’a pas voulu nous prendre en charge avant 14h00 alors que depuis le 28/12 nous avions signalé que l’hoTel était fermé depuis longtemps

Bon hôtel, avec un super personnelle, très bon dîner avec un buffet à volonté et bon petit déjeuner mais un manque de place au parking..

Todo correcto, habitación amplia y limpia, ubicación en zona tranquila y a 3 minutos a pie de la playa. El buffet del desayuno variado y el personal muy atento. El único inconveniente es encontrar aparcamiento en la zona en fin de semana, en el hotel nos indicaron las zonas de aparcamiento gratuitas y de pago y al final encontramos un sitio en parking de pago pero después de dar varias vueltas.

Booked a room with a single bad and double bed was given a room with a double bed when asked at reception was told hotel fully booked no other room available, when I checked on line the hotel still had rooms, after going back to reception was given a twin room although still not what I paid for

Een fijn hotel met ruime kamer in het centrum van Lloret de Mar (3 minuutjes lopen van strand en boulevard). De kamer was netjes/schoon en van de gemakken voorzien die je mag verwachten. Het personeel begrijp wat 'service met een glimlach' inhoud!

Parking is a nightmare

If you are taking a car forget staying at this hotel. Tons of one way streets that are blocked and you can't even get to the hotel with the car. You have to walk a solid mile with luggage to get there. There is no parking anywhere close by. You pay for parking a ways away and then the parking spots are so small a rental car can not fit in them. They are not helpful navigating the parking situation at all. Can't way enough how frustrating parking situation is.

Le problème est de hotel. Com et non des gérants de l hôtel qui eut on été super . Nous avons réservé par téléphone pour ne pas avoir de problème et pourtant... nous voulions un grand lit , nous avons eut des lits jumeaux. Nous avons pris demi pension et les repas on été deux soir dans un aitres hôtel un soir le restau ou nous nous sommes présentés ne nous a pas voulu et le dernier soir un restau très bien mais à 10 mn de marché. Le dernier matin nous sommes descendu à 7h30 et on nous a servis uniquement un café le buffet était installé mais ouvrait qu à 8h . La serveuse n a pas voulu qu on mange un croissant que nous avions payer quand même..... et pour finir l hôtel est situé dans une rue piétonne et le parking 20€ la nuit qu on a homis de nous dire à la réservation.nous nous sommes garer dans une rue parallèle et avons pris une amende de 200€ super . On nous a laisser une chambre avec vu sur la mer !!! Et la terrasse agréable dommage qu il y avait des remontées d odeur d’égout .mais nous remercions les patrons pour leurs gentillesses en nous changeant de chambre

The staff in this hotel are extremely friendly & helpful, they go out there way to make sure your stay is stress free & enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is varied & fresh - better than 4 star hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious & cleaned daily. It is a very quiet hotel despite being one street away from the main road & beach, it is also located next to the shops. Would definitely recommend this hotel & we will be returning in the spring.

Relaxing Atmosphere - A Hidden Gem

A very friendly hotel with exceptionally accommodating and professional staff. The hotel is bright and welcoming and exactly matches the on site photographs. The included breakfast was plentiful and of good quality and presentation, and the staff welcoming. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

Hôtel accueillant près plage et cœur de ville ;

Direction très disponible, prévenante et soucieuse d'assurer un bon séjour. Hôtel à taille humaine, idéal célibataire, couple et petite famille calme, à l'écart de toute animation nocturne. Chambre de bonne taille, fenêtre et petit balcon, vue correcte pour un plein centre ville, tres bien insonorisée, excellente literie, TV avec 55 chaînes ((françaises rares),salle d'eau moderne et complète en parfait état; entretien quotidien sans dérangement. Petit déjeuner buffet servi jusqu'à 11hrs. Uniquement demi-pension, le dîner est un menu servi à table (pas de buffet)., pour un prix très raisonnable. Ne propose ni piscine, ni animation, cela tient à la taille de l'hôtel, son emplacement et des choix de la Direction.

Excellent hotel and very close to the beach

Our stay at the Checkin Victoria was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is newly renovated, so all facilities are in top condition. We stayed in a design double room, and it was very spacious. The only complain would be the smell of smoke in the hallways, regardless of the non-smoking signs displayed.

Przemiły personel !!

Hotel świetnie położony, kilka kroków do plaży, pod ręką sklep spożywczy i ogrom knajpek. Pokoje czyste i widać, że dość świeżo po remoncie. Najwyższa ocena dla personelu, który jest przesympatyczny. Jakbym miał na siłę szukać wad to może widok z okien jeśli ktoś woli patrzeć przez okno zamiast wyskoczyć na zewnątrz i niestabilny internet. Będziemy wracali na pewno.
