Ein Haus mit Renovierungsbedarf

Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Beschwerlich ist der Ab-/Anstieg zum Hauseingang mit 34 Stufen. Das Mückenschutzgitter in einem Schlafzimmer ist defekt und höchst durchlässig, in den anderen Schlafzimmer fehlt es ganz. Der Gasherd war nur teilweise funktionsfähig, es wurde aber schnell Abhilfe durch Bereitstellung eines Elektrobackofens geschaffen. Ein sehr großzügiger Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sind wie auch sonstiger Küchenbedarf vorhanden. Wohnraum und Terrasse sind großzügig und bestens möbliert. Das in der Beschreibung erwähnte Schwimmbad war zwar vorhanden, konnte aber nicht benutzt werden (erst ab Ende Juni)
