Very nice place, very responsive agents and owners - would definitely stay there again!

Spacious, clean, lovely pool, quiet location, plenty of bathrooms. Both the agent and the owner were exceptionally responsive when we had to query a few things and they resolved all issues very promptly.

Es ist ein wirklich super schönes Haus, wunderbar gelegen, gut ausgestattet und super sauber

Es ist ein wirklich super schönes Haus, wunderbar gelegen, gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Uns hat ein älteres, supernettes einheimisches Ehepaar in Empfang genommen, das ausschließlich spanisch konnte. Aber mit ein wenig Kreativität haben wir uns verstehen können. Per Airbnb war bei sonstigen Fragen die (ich schätze mal kooperierende) Agentur sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben am Ende unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts mit 5 Personen nochmal 50€ für den Strom bezahlt. Das einzige nicht zu verheimlichende und auch nicht kleine Manko dieses Hauses ist die Baustelle der Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus. Das hat an allen Werk- und Feiertagen über Ostern für erhebliche Lärmbelästigung und Gestank gesorgt. Warum trotzdem 5 Sterne? Das Ehepaar war superfreundlich, es ist ein tolles Haus und sobald die Baustelle weg ist würden wir sofort wiederkommen. Ich möchte nicht, dass eine schlechte Bewertung wegen der Baustelle dauerhaften schaden anrichtet, da es uns eigentlich sehr gut gefallen hat. Solange würde ich empfehlen, ähnlich wie wir eine sehr aktive Urlaubsgestaltung anzustreben- wir waren praktisch fast nur unterwegs auf der Insel mit dem Mietwagen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa, es fehlt an nichts. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Villa ist sehr Zentral gelegen. 30 Minuten bis Palma, 30 Minuten bis zum Meer. Einkaufen und Restaurants in 7-10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Auto ist empfehlenswert. Check-in leider etwas kompliziert, Besitzer spricht nur spanisch.

+ Positiv: Die Begrüßung und die Lage der Unterkunft! Wir waren komplett unter uns, es durfte abends auch mal lauter zugehen. Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Finka mit tollen Pool und großem Nutzgarten mit verschiedenem Obst und Gemüse. Die Innenausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit war leider nur mangelhaft. Zum Glück waren Putzmittel vorhanden. Eine Grundausstattung an Waschmittel, Spüli etc. stand auch zur Verfügung. Fast täglich kam jemand zur Poolreinigung und um nach dem Garten zu schauen und zu gießen.

Tolle Finca mit allem was man braucht, die nette Eigentümerin kümmert sich alle 2 Tage um den Pool. Für uns insgesamt 7 Personen die ideale Unterkunft. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Très bien

Villa parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Villa spacieuse très bien équipée. Tout le confort pour passer un séjour parfait. La propriétaire très accueillante et à notre service : les glaces à l'arrivée furent très appréciées! Nous avons pris soint du chat et du chien qui sont adorables . Les enfants les ont adopté! Seuls inconvénients: le wi fi fonctionne mal. L 'éclairage serait bienvenue dans le coin barbecue et plus important sur le coin terrasse . Mais cela n'altere en rien le charme de la villa ! Nous reviendrons

Good place with good living and open area

Good place with good living and open area. In-house swimming pool, a small farm with fruit trees for walk , good in house parking space makes it special. A friendly dog and cat is also there in case you are a pet lover. Only suggestion is to change internet. Though we did not mind poor internet as it gave us more time to spend with each other. Owners only speak Spanish but with online translator we did not have issue :)
