Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Tage hier. Ich schreibe erst mal die Positiven Punkte, dann die Punkte die ich nicht ok finde. Positiv: - der Pool ist schön groß und war von der Wasserqualität absolut i.o., für Kinder könnte er allerdings zu tief sein - die Finca liegt alleine auf dem Land...man hat seine Ruhe - jedes Zimmer hat Klima...die auch wunderbar funktioniert - nach Alcudia fährt man ca 25 min...es gibt in Llubi alles was man braucht...das ist 5 min mit dem Auto - warmes Wasser funktioniert - es gibt einen Grill im Außenbereich Nicht so gut bis Negativ: (unsere Auffassung) - die Möbel im freien sind inakzeptabel...absoluter Mist - der einzige Sonnenschirm am Pool ist kaputt - die Liegen am Pool sind stark verrostet - es gibt gerade mal 2 Stühle am Pool (auch diese sind eigentlich inakzeptabel...billigster Plastikstuhl) - an der gemauerten Sitzbank (Terrasse) gibt es an der Kante einen Abbruch der Fliese an der ich mich immer wieder verletzt habe - auch das Besteck/Geschirr ist zum Teil nicht mehr zu gebrauchen - Kaffeemaschine braucht ewig..... - die Außenküche ist ebenfalls nicht besonders...zum Teil war sie auch schmutzig - Sofa ist ebenfalls ungemütlich und ziemlich alt...passt auch nicht zusammen - der Agentur musste ich nachlaufen um die Daten zu bekommen - die angegebene Ansprechpartnerin hat am Anreisetag dann nicht geantwortet...erwarte ich anders Von 10 Punkten bekommt die Finca von mir nur 4. Einige Sachen sollten dringend gemacht werden. Am Abreisetag wurde dann aber um 10:10 kontrolliert ob wir noch da sind..... Alles in allem würde ich sie nicht wieder buchen. Wir hatten auf Mallorca für das gleiche Geld schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte

Rustikale Finca in guter Lage für Ausflüge

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine alte Finca,welche vor ca. 20 Jahren zuletzt saniert wurde. Die alten Möbel bzw. das alte Haus haben also schon einen gewissen Eigengeruch, der einen bei Eintritt empfängt. Mit einem Duftverdampfer in den Steckdosen geht es aber (Tip!). Ein Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossenem Badezimmer ist Teil des Altbaus, hier könnte die Dusche mal saniert werden (Stockflecken). Das zweite Schlaf- und Badezimmer befindet sich in einem neueren Anbau und ist deutlich sauberer. Die dritte Schlafgelegenheit befindet sich über dem Küchen- und Wohnraum, ist über eine sehr wackelige Holztreppe zu erreichen und offen - die Betten dort sind im Gegensatz zu den Schlafzimmern sehr weich - man spürt die Federn deutlich. Zudem kein Sicht- und Akustikschutz. Schön ist die Terrasse mit den Sitzgelegenheiten, der Pool mit angrenzendem Rasen inkl. Hängematte. Die Zufahrt erfolgt per Fernbedienung über ein elektronisches Tor, die Finca selber ist nicht abschließbar. Neben einer vollständigen Ausstattung und umfangreichen Küchenutensilien ist auch ein Grill sowie Waschmaschine vorhanden. Wer mochte, kann sogar einen Steinofen im Außenbereich nutzen. Günstige Lage zur Erkundung der Insel - fast alle Küsten sind innerhalb 30-45 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ärgerlich war, dass die Klobürsten offensichtlich nicht regelmäßig getauscht wurden - unsere sahen viele Jahre alt aus... Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis empfinde ich als "noch ok". Besonders Abends hat die Finca (draußen) jedoch eine herrliche Idylle.

5 Sterne für eine sehr saubere und perfekt ausgestattete Finca

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung! Schöne rustikale, sehr gepflegte Steinfinca in Alleinlage, Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar. Nächste Ortschaft mit Bäcker und Supermarkt in 2km erreichbar. Wer wirklich Urlaub in Spanien machen möchte, abseits von Touristenhochburgen und ohne Nachbarn, ist hier richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Praktisch gelegene Finca mit tiollem Garten und Pool.

die finca liegt zwischen Sineu und Inca was paraktisch für das leibliche Wohl ist. Einkauf und Restaurants in 10-20 min erreichbar. Das Meeer Nähe Alcudia in 25 min. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht sollte die finca nicht buchen. Sie befindet sich in der Anflugschneise von Palma, da die Flugzeuge aber meistens im Sinkflug sind und ca 500m über Grund hares uns nicht gestört. Top Betreuung durch die Besitzerin mit ihrem Hauswartteam. Das eine Bad wäre praktischer mit einem Tablar unter dem Spiegel. Die finca ist super um Sommerferien zu verbringen, grosse Veranda, praktischer Grill. Innen ist es hingegen sehr dunkel. Wir haben die Idee in dieser Finca den Winter zu verbringen darum fallen gelassen. Alles in allem verbrachten wir tolle Ferien.

10 Super Tage verbracht

Wir waren zu sechst für 10 Tage in dieser Finca. Das riesige Grundstück mit dem schönen Garten und dem tollen Pool hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Man hatte mitten im Nichts seine Ruhe, die wenigen Autos die vorbei gefahren sind und die Flugzeuge haben einen nicht gestört. Es hatte die ersten Tage einige Wespen am Pool, diese waren aber absolut nicht aggressiv, wollten bei der Hitze auch nur ins Wasser sich abkühlen. ;) Die Einzelbetten auf der Empore könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Alles in Allem war das aber ein super Urlaub und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Würde es wieder besuchen und weiter empfehlen.

Sommerurlaub 2018

Die Finca mit ihrer tollen Anlage und Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Flugverkehr hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Leider waren, vor allem am Pool, sehr viele Wespen , Käfer und andere Insekten, sodass wir oft nicht zur Ruhe kamen und zwei von uns mindestens 20 x gestochen wurden. Aber nur das hat unseren Urlaub etwas getrübt. Ansonsten super !!!!
