"Clean room and everything but walls extremely thin. Constant music being played in the hallways and plumbing wasn't the best either."

"We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and gave us dinner on our first night despite checking in way after dinner time which we thought was very considerate. The buffet breakfast and dinner were great. The room was nice and the location of the hotel was close to the beach and transit options to go to other beaches. Definitely great value."

"Upon arrival, our rooms floor was still wet and the fusty smelling. The sockets beside the bed did not work and we later found out that our rooms hot water didn't work. When we complained about the hot water issue, a service personal was sent while we went to eat. Upon our return still no hot water and we're told to just 'wait' a few minutes. We did this still no hot water. Location is very noisy at all day, the only positive is you can eat 8:30-1:30 free brunch"

"Was ok. Villa was nice, clean and well maintained, albeit a bit dated but they did well to modernise with upgraded TV, USB-c ports and a/c controls. Lovely grounds. Great pools. Restaurant was overpriced and food / service not great. Good location and amenities for kids."

One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—there was a great variety of fresh, delicious options each morning, which set us up perfectly for the day. While the hotel itself met our expectations in terms of comfort and service, the surrounding area was not quite what we had hoped for. As more mature travelers, we tend to prefer a quieter, more upscale location, and this neighborhood felt a bit less refined than we would typically choose. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with an excellent breakfast, this hotel is a solid option. Just keep in mind the location may be better suited to those seeking a livelier, more casual setting."

"Room was a little dated and the bed was a bit uncomfortable but is was very spacious and immaculately clean. Balcony in apartme t 9 was huge and had amazing view, would be lovely in the sunshine! Situated near the beautiful cove but we did move to a busier town just because the weather was so poor and there was then little to do in Cala Pi. Would have stayed had it been sunnier to use the pool or cove/beach."
