Thank you so much to all the excellent staff at the hotel who made our trip so memorable and enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and clean, the breakfast and dinner were excellent and the pool lovely. Beautiful refurbished hotel in a peaceful location. Staff work incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. Please clearly label which buffet food is vegetarian as makes life so much easier than having to guess or ask every time. Thanks :)

The hotel is perfect for a quiet escape. The pool and gardens are lovely with lots of beds and places to lounge. The pool bar is great with a great cocktail menu. There are so many places to sit and just reflect and a beautiful inner courtyard. We used taxis to get into Palma and to the beach rather than hiring a car so it was a bit more costly. The hotel food was fine but the range was somewhat limited. Breakfast was really good. Our room was perfect, with 2 queen beds, large bathroom and a terrace onto a garden area. We made very good use of the 'spa' area which includes a sauna, steam room and indoor wellness pool. You can request treatments - there is one treatment room.

I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed

Nice staff. Comfortable and nice resort. Some issues in kitchen. Evening food was not great. Some breakfast food was very good, at other times some elements poor. E.g. bread and pastries very good. Bacon/sausage poor. Some items missing due to ordering problems chef said.

Welcoming hotel with great staff

From our arrival to leaving, every staff member was very professional, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, well finished and comfortable. Generally, very quiet although our room had a connecting door to the next room and we could hear every word, couch and phone call. Excellent restaurant and waiting staff. We really appreciated being able to have a late check out at no extra cost. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Die Lobby, der Barbereich und Terrassenbereich ist sehr schön. Aber die Zimmer sind nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard eines 5 Sterne Hotels entsprechend. Im Badezimmer ist nur für eine Person Platz. Das Frühstück und Abendessen entspricht niemals einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Abendessen war kaum essbar, entsprach einem 2 oder 3 Sterne Hotel. Jeden 3. Abend gab es genau das selbe Büfett.
