“Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses wich deutlich von den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal ab, die vermutlich nach einer Sanierung (vor einigen Jahren) aufgenommen wurden. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war. Das ist aus gesundheitlicher Sicht äußerst bedenklich. Das Schlafzimmer hatte kein Klimagerät, was im April……

“The pool was empty dirty and in a dangerous location with no protection. The house smelt disgusting and we couldn't stay there. Vrbo and the property owner had the cheek to not refund us the full amount holding back a substantial amount for 'cleaning' which is ironic to say the least. This property looks nothing like the photos! ”

“Pros: Sehr ruhige Gegend. Sehr nette Vermieter. Haben bis 23 Uhr an der Finca gewartet (geplant 20:30uhr) Sehr schöne Buchten vor der Haustür (30sek laufweg) Schöne Terasse. Taxi nach S'Arenal (nächstgelegene Sandstrand kostet nicht mehr als 8-10€. Wir sind meistens hin gelaufen und mit Taxi zurück. Cons: Eine Dusche hatte keine Kabine und nicht genug Gefälle im Boden. So dass über den gesamten Aufenthalt der Boden sehr eklig nass war. Hier müssen sich die Besitzer unbedingt etwas überlegen.……
