I had booked a downtown hotel but after touring Santiago felt the location was unsafe for a woman traveling alone. So I booked the Holiday Inn. It was a place to wait for a flight. "Worst experience because of the poor communication from the people at the front desk. They send you to a restaurant next door promising a discount that never happens. The waitresses there lack manners, professionalism, and they even steal from you. I'm never coming back."
