"To start, I'm a hotel girl- I like reliability and comfort. When traveling I dont want to do the same home tasks. So my bar is quite high for short stay rentals. The whole experience w pure lux was on point. Beautiful apartment EXACTLY like the pics. Super market around the corner, bus station 4 min walk, 20 min walk to the lake, so easy to communicate with, bedding more comfortable than the hotels we've stayed at, and very affordable for the area. "The resort as a whole was excellent. We loved the restaurants and the pool. The staff was wonderful! Very clean! We surged for a penthouse to enjoy the stars with the ceiling shades that retract but sadly less than half of them worked. Other than that it’s was a great stay!"

"Where do I begin? I took my wife here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking views overlooking Lake Lugano made every moment of our stay feel special. We truly loved every second of it. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt rather than forced. Even team members who didn’t speak English well made a sincere effort to answer our questions and ensure we felt welcome. A special shout-out goes to the restaurant manager, Firas. He is a genuinely warm and hospitable person who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. I’d also like to thank the wonderful lady (did not grab her name, afternoon shift) at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge, relax, and immerse themselves in beautiful natural"

"Fantastic breakfast! Best ever! You don’t even have to fill your own croissant! There’s everything you could ask for. Wow the cakes! Loved the location: near the station that goes everywhere, bus stops very close and the boat station too and even closer is the funicular station which is an absolute must do! We could see it from our balcony. We came back after a day of sightseeing, very hot and rushed up to the pool which we had to ourselves, nice bar up there too. Room is very comfortable and the coffee machine works well. We loved the friendly restaurant around the corner Panariellos, big pizza to share too."

"We were graded when we arrived and all the amenities were explained the hostess walked us to us our room and showed us all the features of the room. The room was clean pretty and the air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was marvelous, and staff was very responsive. Location was right by the train station, which was great as well as by the lake even better."
