Great spontaneous getaway to Locarno

The staff were very nice, and the hotel has a great location in the middle of the city, only a few minutes by foot to all the sights. The hotel is located in an older building but it is very well maintained. Our room was fresh and airy but still had character. For the price we were surprised by the quality of the hotel.

Excellent hotel

Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. Overall an excellent experience.

Value not as good as expected

Nice that they have a family room option. It feels more like a hostel than a hotel with shared bathrooms, no air con so it was very hot. It was loud in the area so we had to choose between being woken by noise with windows open or being too hot to sleep. Breakfast was good, lots of options, in a antique dining room.

This property uses shared bathroom located on each floor hallway. It is dirty and very less maintained. The rooms are dirty and have bugs. In addition, rooms lack air conditioning systems. The hotel provides small fans that don’t work properly. I tried to cancel my booking for the second night. Unfortunately, they didn’t support.

We where in a very small room with only one sink and we had to go to the 4th floor to access our private toilettes and shower. The room itself does not have any windows and the AC inside did not work as good as it should.

Jeder Winkel des Hotels wurde in Zimmer umgewandelt.wir haben Nr 68 erwischt wahr wohl mal die Besenkammer.Waren schon 4 mal da müssen uns nach was anderem umsehen.für 300 fr Übernachtung erwarte ich was besseres.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel bei der Piazza Grande. Als 5köpfige Familie ein Zimmer mit 5 Betten gebucht. Zimmer war sauber, aber so eng mit den Betten bestückt, dass nur ein schmaler Durchgang zum Fenster in eine Gasse übrig blieb. Etagenbad war sauber und zwechmässig eingerichtet..Für eine Nacht ok. .
