The hotel provides small fans that don’t work properly. I tried to cancel my booking for the second night. Unfortunately, they didn’t support. "

"There is no reception and no actual key given, just a link to a website where you remotely unlock the door - which only works on one phone. This is very inconvenient and you are depending on that one phone and internet connection to get in the property and the room. Whilst the room itself was great, and the staff from the restaurant downstairs are very kind and helpful, there should be an actual reception and key to each door. "
