“I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”

“We went to Bentonville to do some mountain biking but wasn't sure where we were gonna store our bikes in a traditional hotel (multi floor). Then we found The Bike Inn. There was storage in the room and all the rooms are ground level. There were plenty of bike oriented amenities on the property. We bought gloves and a jersey from the pro shop for a fair price. The water bottle fill station and ice maker were also a huge plus as well. There were plenty of other amenities on site that we didnt use……

“The room was clean but if your expecting to have Coffee pot in rm it does not and no coffee at all in Motel. They did have vending machine with bottle coffee but I like hot coffee in the mornings. And the only complaint I have besides coffee was the room next door little kids running down the hall and slamming the door often up until I am.”

“Great room. Well designed for the space. However, there is no ventilation for the bathroom. The room becomes very humid and/or smelly after anyone using the bathroom. They have bagels and multiple options to build your bagel. I also love the fresh water with the taste of lemon which is available all day.”

“Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. My kids were heartbroken after they boldly walked behind the counter to start getting their breakfast stuff, and I did a double-take and told them to get……

“Great hotel. The staff at check-in were great. The guy explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had such as pool times, breakfast, etc. The pool was open from 8am to 10pm, and although it isnt the largest in size, it definitely was a nice amenity to have. The breakfast options were nice, many choices like waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, bacon/sausage, and a good assortment of cereals and breads. “When I got to the room there was a white dental floor in the corner which was not mind so that let me know the room was not vacuum well. The second day the beds were made but no vacuuming then the toilet was stopped up the 2nd day which there was a sign at the front desk something was going on with the maintenance. The receptionist at the front desk was very nice, with great customer service skills and the restaurant was good very nice people.”
