"Such a lovely hotel. They don’t do evening meals anymore but instead they give you a list of all the eateries and takeouts in the area and allow you to fetch them back to eat in comfort. Next time I am in this area this is were I will be staying. "

"The night staff was very friendly and let us arrange a late arrival. We had a family comfort room and it was great for two adults and two teens. We all slept quite well after a day of ferry, hiking and driving from Isle of Harris. Location was so peaceful. The breakfast was delicious --although our server kept saying how "finnicky" the chef was when we made small requests or alterations. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone!"

"Great location, portree is very small but the parking area is close to the hotel. It is also very close to the colorful view of the coast buildings. It wasn't a problem for us but keep in mind that there is no lift. Beds where comfortable, staff was very friendly. Clean bathroom, with good pressure shower. "
