Located in Loches, Centre-Val de Loire, this 75 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom. You will find a private fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils. The apartment includes private WiFi, TV, fan, washing machine, baby bed, and highchair for your convenience. Linens, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided, and beds will be made upon your arrival.



Step outside to your private covered terrace and enjoy access to the shared garden. Both bedrooms overlook the garden, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere throughout your stay.

You are just a 3-minute walk from the town center and its shops, offering the tranquility of countryside living within the city. The town comes alive with vibrant markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the city. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Loire Valley castles, you can easily visit Chenonceau, Chambord, Villandry, Valençay, and Amboise within 30 to 60 km. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the state forest just 2 km away, ideal for hiking and cycling adventures. The renowned Beauval Zoo awaits you 30 km from the property.

Great location and lovely place to stay. Apartment was fully equipped including kitchen utensils for cooking anything we wanted. Maryse and Thiery were very welcoming. The garden was beautiful to sit in and we had everything we needed for an extended stay. We recommend this place.

Tout d abord nous avons obtenu tous les renseignements avant notre départ, Maryse est toujours à notre écoute et très disponible. Un couple d’une grande gentillesse toujours prêt à nous aider et à nous faire plaisir. Nous avons passé de sympathiques vacances dans cette demeure fleurie, jolie et tellement agréable à vivre. L’appartement est propre, bien entretenu tout y est et il est proche du centre ville de Loches. Nos hôtes nous ont conseillé sur les balades et les endroits sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette hébergement tout d abord pour sa qualité et surtout pour l’accueil exceptionnel de Maryse et Son mari, c est un vrai coup de cœur.

The first floor apartment is perfect for a stay in Loches. The hosts are wonderful and provided us with cold beer within 15 minutes of our arrival. The accommodation is prefect for 4 people, a modern well equipped kitchen (with manuals in English), great views of the garden and town. Next to the river and I was lucky enough to see a kingfisher. Very close to the town with restaurants, bars, shops, old buildings and a great location for touring the Loire Valley.

Magnifique!

This a wonderful apartment! It is spacious and very well appointed. It literally has everything needed for a short, or long, stay. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean and well cared for. The view to the back of the apartment is lovely and it is a short minute walk to the park and two minutes to the walled entrance to vieux Loches! Maryse and Thierry are the absolute best hosts. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need. This truly is the perfect place to stay!
