"This is a lovely rustic country house on an acreage minutes away from Amboise. The hostess Marie-Josephe is a lovely woman who is very generous with her produce from her garden and fruit trees. Her free range chickens are entertaining and the eggs are delicious! We would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, out of the way location, yet within minutes to Amboise, the Chateau, restaurants, and vineyards!"

"We had a wonderful holiday in this spacious gite. The pool was a big hit with the children and a perfect escape from the heat ! The location is set in acres of stunning scenery, yet you aren’t far from bakeries, butchers and supermarkets etc.. "We really enjoyed our stay! The Hosts were extremely courtesy and welcoming! They gave us a nice tour of the place when we arrived. Our younger kids enjoyed the trampoline that was available as well. The only thing we didn't realize was that the linens were an extra charge as the listing said they were provided. Other than the communication was excellent! We would happily stay there again if in the area. Thanks for allowing us to make memories at your Gite!"
