This 1920s fisherman's house, completely renovated in 2021, enjoys a sought-after location due to its proximity to beaches and shops.
Arranged on two levels, with a floor area of 75 m² (780 sq ft) and a Carrez law area of 65 m² (680 sq ft), it benefits from a terrace and a sunny garden with a furnished veranda.
This vacation home, tastefully and warmly decorated, can accommodate 2/5 people. The kitchen is fitted and equipped and offers access, via a step, to the south-facing living room. There is an adjoining laundry room, a bathroom with a window and a large shower, and a separate toilet. The ground floor bedroom (bed 140), accessed through the kitchen, opens onto the veranda. The living room staircase leads to a very cozy mezzanine area (one extra bed of 90 cm) and an attic bedroom (bed 140 cm). The garden, elevated above the street, features two terrace areas. The accommodation also features Wi-Fi, a charcoal barbecue, and baby equipment.

*Housekeeping: We require that trash cans, refrigerator/freezers, and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be placed in the city center in the designated containers. If you choose to have your linens removed, they must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
