What a place! It’s like something out of Agatha Christie’s Poirot ❤️ The hotel is beautiful, the bar and fire area a dream, the food is superb quality but the best thing by a mile is the staff - they are just so lovely (special mentions to Alex, Julien and Brendan). There’s some great crêperies in the village and the beach area and walks are just so peaceful too. We can’t wait to go back!

Could do better

A lovely hotel in a good location. However service was poor. Room cleaning was very hit and miss. Service in the restaurant very slow and some staff rude and nost seened tured of dealing with customers.

Potential to be amazing!

Overall a really lovely stay but a couple of minor issues which were a pity:green rimmed all the way around which was not very appealing, the showers in pool area a bit grimy on grout and tiles, leaky and just a bit sad looking. Carpet in our room had a truly horrendous stain just outside bathroom which had just been covered with a rug, paint peeling in bathroom. All things that could just do with a bit of love and attention. On plus side; staff lovely, atmosphere lovely and peaceful, food fantastic both in restaurant and sister bistro and the setting is just magnificent. The whole thing has the potential to be phenomenal but not quite there yet.

Hôtel très agréable et charmant. Personnel très sympathique. Le seul bémol est quand on réserve une chambre supérieure on pense avoir un balcon et il n’y en a pas au 3ème étage.

Passez votre chemin ! Séjour catastrophique ! 224€ la nuit pour se retrouver dans la chambre 110 qui était un placard de 12 m2 ! R L’établissement maltraite indéniablement les clients Hôtel.com ! La chambre donnait sur une cour de cuisine avec un bruit de fond de frigo toute la nuit ! Indigne d’un soi-disant 4 étoiles !

Excellent choix

Un petit week-end en amoureux dans un lieu magique qui nous avait été chaudement recommandé et qui ne nous a vraiment pas déçus. Tout était parfait dans un cadre idyllique avec un accueil superbe et un personnel très professionnel et des repas vraiment très bons que ce soit à la brasserie de la plage le midi , au repas du soir à l'hôtel ou pour le petit déjeuner. Je recommande fortement le lieu et l'hôtel.

Beau séjour

Très bel hôtel, bel extérieur, parc, parking. Dispose de bornes de recharge électrique. Buffet petit-déjeuner très complet. La conception de la douche dans la salle de bains empêche de se tenir debout. C'est dommage. La chambre est un peu petite pour le prix payé. Très belle piscine intérieure. L'organisation de la cuisine et du restaurant conduit à plusieurs services. Il faut réserver très tôt, sinon repas après 20h30.

A completely peaceful and relaxing hotel set in beautiful, spacious grounds with sea views and direct access to a quiet little beach. The sun loungers on the lawn terrace overlooking the sea is a great spot for a sunny afternoon. Our room and en suite bathroom was clean and stylish and with a very big and super comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful in every way. There's a very nice bar with a log fire and a good selection of whiskies! We only ate dinner once in the hotel. It was expensive,as you would expect in a hotel of this standard but the food, wine and service were absolutely excellent. we ate here for my 60th birthday and I was not disappointed- a great thing to do for a special occasion. There are other decent bars and restaurants only a couple of minutes walk away where we ate well on other nights. The wider area is beautiful, with coastal walks and quiet unspoilt beaches. The spa facilities are clean and well looked after, although the sauna is small with room only for two people at a time. This is my only criticism as it might be a problem at busy times. Overall, we loved our stay at Le Grand Hotel des Bains and would definitely return.

Séjour magnifique

Tout était parfait ! L endroit est magnifique avec des chemins de randonnées au pied de l’hôtel. Le lieu est très calme et permet un véritable ressourcement avec les différents soins du SPA et la piscine. Le personnel est adorable et le restaurant excellent !

Très bel hôtel, très bel emplacement

Très bel emplacement, bel hotel, bon accueil et bons services. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le restaurant est excellent. La formule 1/2 pension est intéressante. La chambre est un peu petite pour deux personnes en voyage. La piscine et le hammam sont très bien. Le sauna était arrêté (coût de l'énergie?).

Nous avons passé le réveillon du 31 décembre 2021 et nous avons quitté l’hôtel le dimanche 02 janvier 2022 Belle réussite du réveillon malgré les contraintes dues au Covid-19 personnel très attentif et à l’écoute Bref un premier séjour fort agréable qui ne demande qu’à se renouveler
