Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room, 87 square meter house spread across three levels that has been fully renovated in 2023. The comfortable and tastefully furnished living/dining room measures 40 square meters and features a veranda and panoramic window with a TV. There is direct access to the garden from this area. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) are provided.
On the lower ground floor, you will find the entrance hall spanning 9 square meters. There is one bedroom with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), a separate toilet, and a shower. The second upper floor has sloping ceilings and houses another bedroom (7 square meters) with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a hip bath/WC. Additionally, there is a small alcove with sloping ceilings that contains two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm).

The property comes with a patio measuring 60 square meters, terrace furniture, and a barbecue. You will have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hair dryer during your stay. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided, making it convenient to stay connected. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, but one pet or dog is allowed.
