Marlinton Motor Inn
8/10 Good
"Very friendly staff and helpful with questions about the area. Rooms were dated but clean and the layout was great."
Old Clark Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The Old Clark Inn was excellent, Rooms are clean and the staff was very friendly. Caley and Rob, the In-keepers were awesome as they made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, The Inn has a lot of history as it was always an inn, which my wife and I loved. I recommend the Old Clark Inn and will stay again if we ever get a chance to go back to Marlinton WV to bike the Greenbriar Trail or even Snowshoe just up the road. Everything was awesome. Thank you, Caley, and Rob!"
The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"I think the activities are the star here. I stayed 2 nights, weather was fabulous. I’d definitely try to get discounted rates. Room and food were average. I wouldn’t use the term “luxurious” here. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Prepare for an expansive property. I love all the porches and seating areas throughout. They have a full movie theater. The room was lacking a bit which I think just needs better housekeeping audits - no handsoap or kleenex present, did not have warm water in shower, would call it cool. Bathroom fan looks like it has not been cleaned for years (not kidding). The only comment I have about all these types of hotels is that the mountains and the small town here (a lot closed mondays and tuesdays) are by nature inhospitable. There should be a 24 hour stand somewhere within the property where guests can get needed items in the middle of the night. There is no CVS, no Walgreens, no ubers, etc. etc. but if comfort and taking care of guests is important, I should not have to anticipate all this and learn the hard way when I get here. Fortunately a family member works around here so I’m familiar with the limitations. An IGA grocery store (not within walking distance) is here in town and closes nightly at 9 pm."

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lewisburg
10/10 Excellent
"This is a newer hotel and is great. I would stay here every time I go through Lewisburg."
Moore House Inn & Cabins
8/10 Good
"It was easy to check in and go to our room but we arrived late and we were unsure we were in the right place, they should really put a sign in front of the parking. Bed was very hard and noisy when u moved around. Place was decent but not great."
Salty King Salt Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"This place defiantly deserves it's 10 out of 10 rating. I especially appreciated the care they had to prepare the rooms for the time of our arrival. Gentle relaxing spa music was playing and the lights were set perfectly so walking into the bedrooms felt like walking into a salt cave. Oh and by the way, in person it actually looks better than the marketing photos."
PET FRIENDLY COTTAGE 3.5 MILES FROM LAKE MOOMAW!
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing stay. The listing photos simply cannot capture how wonderful, clean, and welcoming this place actually is. The atmosphere, views, and small details were all better than expected. We would definitely stay here again!"
Cozy rental near Greenbrier Resort with a deck, stunning views modern-rustic charm, and full kitchen
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay at the Tree House! My favorite part about the property is the deck that wraps around the entire house, there is ample seating, we cooked on the charcoal grill and the views are beautiful. It was so peaceful to sit outside with coffee or wine anytime of day. There is not a fenced in yard or a gate on the deck, we had 2 pups with us and we brought a baby gate that fit across the deck opening which worked perfectly to keep them secure. Because this property sits at the top of a very large hill, the driveway is very steep and there are a lot of steps up to the house itself so this may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Lastly, the location of this property is fantastic, literally down the street from The Greenbrier Resort, minutes away from lovely downtown Lewisburg, easy access to nearby hiking trails and only an hour drive to New River Gorge National Park. This property is a gem and the owners were great throughout our stay."
