Our modern apartment is located in the attic of a newly built in 2005 house. On a separate staircase you reach the 48 m² apartment with a living room with kitchenette, dining area and couch, TV and radio. A double bedroom is also part of the apartment as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Erstaustattung bed linen is included. The distance to the beach about 500 m. The nearby forest is ideal for walks. Parking is available at the house, also garaging for bicycles are present on the property. In the cozy outdoor seating area with loungers and barbecue, you can end the evening. A travel cot and a high chair for our younger guests is available.  

Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube.
