Vacation apartment HAUS KORJÄSSER, Moselle view and sun terrace

♥ -Welcome in the 100sqm large, with 4 stars DTV classified apartment, in our house in the beautiful Mosel village Löf. The apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. House is located with a direct view of the Moselle in the Kornstraße, which is also eponym for our spacious and bright apartment (Korngasse = Korjass). It has enough space for 4 people and 2 baby cots are available. The apartment has a large sun terrace that invites you to linger with a beautiful view of the Moselle.

Newly opened in the spring of 2018 and newly renovated apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a large living, dining and kitchen area, a separate reading area, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and window and a small guest toilet. The large bathroom can only be accessed through a bedroom. Please note this in your planning. The guest toilet is right next to the 2. Bedroom.

In the first bedroom is a comfortable box spring (180x200cm) and a large wardrobe ready for you. In the 2. Bedroom is a queen size bed (140x200cm), a sofa and a large clothes rack. From the living and dining room you can enjoy the direct view of the Moselle and take your meals in an unforgettable atmosphere. Next to the living room there is a reading area with a comfortable rocking chair and lots of books.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a large refrigerator with 3 freezers, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other amenities.
The apartment is designed for 4 people, but can easily be extended by 2 cots.
The sun terrace is about 22 square meters and has in the summer to about 18 hours sun. An awning provides shade. You are welcome to use the large lawn in front of the house.

There is free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Both units are located in the bathroom and are only accessible to the guests of the apartment.

This is a two-family house. The upper floor is inhabited by my parents, the entire ground floor is available as a holiday apartment. There are 2 completely separate living areas (2 doors).
In the yard parking is free.

There is the possibility to store things in the basement or in the garage. Please clarify this in advance with me.
