You will be staying in a spacious and bright 6-room house that spans 160 square meters across two levels. This fully renovated property in 2024 boasts very beautiful and tasteful furnishings throughout. The main level features a large entrance hall, an open living/dining room with a dining table and tiled stove, and access to the garden, terrace, and southern and eastern facing positions. Additionally, there is a lounge area with a satellite TV (flat screen) and access to the garden, terrace, and western facing position. One room on this level has a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. There is also a shower/WC and a separate WC on this level.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating and solar power for energy-efficient living. On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long). Two of these rooms have access to a balcony, while the third room has a private shower/WC and balcony access. There is also a shared shower/WC with double hand-basin on this level. Outside, you can enjoy a large 50 square meter terrace, a smaller 12 square meter terrace, and a spacious garden.
