「Very nice place to stay!」

「I thought the Condo was clean and comfy. The host was very nice, helpful and easy to get ahold of. If I come back to visit Clarksville again, I will definitely stay here for sure.」

「The apartment was clean and nice! There were plenty of dishes and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. Check in was easy. Location is convenient. It was quiet for us. No extra soaps or shampoos though. The host doesn’t actually communicate with you like a real person, it was more automatic robotic communications. Also the washer was full of old water and I did not know how to drain it out. Overall we had a great stay! 」

「Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.」

「Julian was a great host, sincerely accommodating and attentive whenever we reached out. We appreciated that the bed had a memory foam topper making it comfortable for a 5 night stay. The kitchen had what you need and we found the spice rack an added bonus for cooking. Great water pressure and all appliances worked well.」

「The property was pretty clean, could clean or replace area rugs. The location was very convienet walking distance to university!! A very peaceful place to stay! Enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend to friends!!」

「Horrible stay, we were given 3 towels and told we would have a washer and dryer to use but it didn't work. Host never fixed it during our stay or provide more towels for us. Horrible experience. 」
