  • Cottage 304 is a cozy, new construction, 2 bedroom house where you’ll feel right at home during your stay. No need to trailer your ATVs! We’re located just 1 mile from the Bearwallow trail of the Hatfield McCoy trails. Enjoy evenings grilling your favorite meal on our park-style grill or relaxing by the fire pit. We're minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment. We offer plenty of private, secure parking, quality mattresses, and new furnishings that will make your stay truly the best!

Great little place

We very much enjoyed our stay to ride the trails. House was spotlessly clean, plenty of space to park and conveniently located for trail access and restaurants. Definitely recommend Ms. Haleys place.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at cottage 304. Everything we needed to feel at home was available. We enjoyed being able to drive our four wheeler through the town of Logan. We felt safe and everyone was very helpful and friendly.

We had a great mini-vaca here. The house was clean and adorable. Access to Bearwallow Trails was close and convenient from the house on our ATV’s and enjoyed riding to dinner also on the ATV approved roads. Had a wonderful experience and would come back.

The home is cute. Very nice layout. Extremely clean. Had everything you can ask for. Awesome book of helpful hints. Clear layout of what is expected during check in and out. Lists of things to do and where to eat. Excellent communication regarding stay. Only negative- which is minor is there were wet washcloths in washer and the dryer was full of sheets and towels- which I ended up washing the washclothes and folding everything in the dryer and putting it away. Still an overall great experience. I would 100% stay here again if we are in the area.

Great location for trail access. Enough parking for truck and trailer. Everything was very clean. A/C works very well. Comfortable place to relax after a long day of riding.

House had great location. Easy to access off main road in town. Easy to access Bearwallow trails. Multiple restaurants, gas stations within one mile. Very clean house.

Beautiful location next to river

I was grateful for the availability so I could visit my son starting rotations at the local hospital. Great spot if you have a vehicle, but not very walkable to local restaurants/shops without sidewalks. Very clean and good communication with the property management. Would recommend this rental to others.

BearWallow Trails

I've stayed in many VBRO 's and this was the cleanest! Why stay in a noisy hotel when this house is just down the road from BearWallow trails. The host was very kind when we had to leave a day early because of a family emergency. I would 100% stay there again. H house.
