"This resort is beautiful. However it needs some serious upgrades. The furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced. The balconies in the rooms are full of cobb webs and doors that need some oil. The balcony door was extremely hard to open due to the rust. The bathroom was not clean and the towels had stains on them. The mattress on the bed was sunk in due to multiple usage. I advised the staff and was asked why didn't I say anything when I first got there. I advised when I could was my response. They really need to have someone come in there and change the carpet throughout the property and clean and sanitize each room. Replace the beds and bedding and clean like they are cleaning their own homes."
