“Ruhige und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Malchow. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist für einen Mittelklassewagen leider deutlich zu klein. In der Nebensaison sind aber ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze in der direkten Umgebung vorhanden.”

“Der Außenbereich(Haupttreppe zur Wohnung 4 könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen) Das Gleiche gilt für den Einfriedunszaun.Handtücher in der Gästetoilette waren nicht vorhanden. Deshalb von uns nur die Note 2. Bei der Preislage ein Makel. Im großen und ganzen waren wir bis auf Kleinigkeiten zufrieden.”

“Wir sind ja wirklich genügsam und nicht pingelig, leider kann ich diese FEWO aber nicht empfehlen. Es gab einen Pluspunkt; die idyllische Umgebung. Obwohl die FEWO wohl am Tag vor unserer Ankunft hergerichtet wurde, gab es erstmal kein warmes Wasser. Die Vermieterin kümmerte sich aber schnell und stellte fest, dass der Boiler nicht auf Sommerbetrieb umgestellt war. Die FEWO besteht aus zwei Zimmern, es roch sehr muffig, trotz der aufgestellten Duftstäbe. Der Kleiderschrank hat nur Bügel, keine……
