Excellent hotel

For the price, this hotel was excellent. It was just off the motoway so easy to get to. Staff were very helpful, the room clean and comfortable and quiet. Parking was free which was nice to see.

Room was good for the price, however the food in the cafeteria was expensive for a buffet, almost as much as the room for two people. Being a buffet was disappointing, but this hotel chain seems to cater to the buses, and a buffet would be the only way to feed buses full of people.

The property is in very poor condition, the room was super hot, ac is just blowing some warm air. Bed seemed to have old bed sheets, as it was super wrinkled and had hair on it. Do not recommend.

Parkplätze gibt es genug. Check in sehr schnell und schon vor 14 Uhr wenn Zimmer frei.bl Zimmer groß, etwas hellhörig. Armaturen im Bad könnten mal erneuert werden. Wanne ist rutschig. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist Abendessen und Frühstück im SB-bereich der Raststätte. Zufahrt nur über Autobahn Richtung Granada oder über eine Staubpiste.

En el hotel habían alojados unos chicos de otro país y se comportan tal cual su edad. Nosotros preferíamos más tranquilidad y solicitamos el cambio que se hizo sin ninguna objeción y siendo muy amables. Para nosotros eso fue muy importante. El hotel es grande y con buen acceso desde la autovía, además hay varios servicios como restaurante, tienda y gasolinera.

El personal muy amable, dejan alojarse perros sin problemas y pueden entrar a la zona del comedor. Nos hemos alojado muchas veces en este hotel y siempre hemos salido contentos. Esta ultima vez el tema de la limpieza en las habitaciones no ha estado muy bien... Tendrían que mejorar este aspecto...

Hay que gastarse un poco de dinero en renovar los hoteles,no puedes bajar a los baños de la cafeteria y tener que dar la vuelta por que no se soporta el olor aparte de bastante viejo todo en general.
