Lovely Loja!

Lovely hotel in quiet part of town. Food and drink decent though more imagination needed. Hotel was spotless throughout.

Sad and soulless

This hotel is rated 4 star and yes it may have to look and cleanliness of a 4 star hotel but it is at best a 2 star on service and guest relations, very clean almost clinical! Bad lighting, zero mood lighting at dinner, felt like eating in a shopping mall! Staff not attentive enough! We stayed in guest houses that were 2 star that gave better customer service, breakfast was awful, very limited and soggy bacon and fried eggs full of grease, 2 choices of cereal! 1 tiny jug of milk for a room full of people, I kept having to ask for it to be refilled! Took forever when u asked for anything. Bus tours stop here for breakfast making it very busy and regular customers forgotten about! I wouldn't recommend this hotel, staff inattentive and lacking in real customer service, soulless compared to the other lovely place we have stayed on our trip.

Wonderful experience in Loja! Beautiful area.

Amazing hotel, great room with lots of space and GREAT view of the area. The bar served great food and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. All around great surprise of a hotel. Spa and pool are not yet open. Gated parking for a fee. Will stay again, for sure. Also, Loja is a very charming town.
