“Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night.
Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower. Bed sheets had been provided for two, but we were three. No staff were available to assist us in the clubhouse and my e-mail, requesting assistance, to the……
