"This is a rather rundown hotel with rundown rooms. No air conditioning and no central heat. It's not very well maintained and it's not very comfortable. What's worse, the staff is arrogant and unhelpful. After seeing one night, we extended for a second night just for the convenience, and then reconsidered within 15 minutes. When we ask to cancel just 15 minutes after we book that second night the front desk clerk refused without any valid reason. I would never recommend staying in this hotel to anybody. They're too many good choices in Eureka to waste your money on this rundown and poorly run hotel."
