“Overall the stay was nice, the only problem we had was the shower water. When you turn on the shower water for the first 3-5 mins it had a werid smell. it's almost like those hot spring sulfur smell. As you let the water runs for a few mins, the smell gradually go away. ”

“This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay.”

“Beautiful and spacious villa with a great outline, open living room/kitchen area separated by the pool from the bedroom/bathroom house. So many plants made it even more cozy and beautiful. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We were allowed to store our luggage before and after check out. “Modern, comfortable stay. The service was excellent from the restaurant, to cleaners and reception. Reception even went out of their way to purchase a paracetamol for my daughter. My only feedback is to ensure all doors close and open properly before allowing guests to use the room. Although our door to the bathroom did not open properly, it was fixed promptly once we advised staff. Otherwise an excellent place to stay! ”

"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."
