「This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.」

「Fabulous place!! Staff was outstanding, especially Agus who took excellent care of us. Outside the resort is a little sketchy but theres nothing Jivana can do about it. Tortoises on site that the kitchen will give you bananas to feed them. Huge coy fish that are right there at your room. Cant say how much we loved this place!」

「Fantastic stay at Rinjani Lodge. What a gem of a hotel. The views are incredible and our room was immaculately clean. The food was delicious with a very wide ranging menu, both local and western/south East Asian. Presentation was lovely, especially breakfast. 「Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. 「This was one of the best hotels we stayed at while visiting Indonesia. Beautiful, gorgeous villa with pool and seating area and kitchen. All pretty much new. Attentive, punctual and polite staff. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner with lots of options. Definitely worth it! 」

「Overall the stay was nice, the only problem we had was the shower water. When you turn on the shower water for the first 3-5 mins it had a werid smell. it's almost like those hot spring sulfur smell. As you let the water runs for a few mins, the smell gradually go away. 」
