"Probably my bad for not believing the photos. The room is truly a cave, almost to the point of giving me a claustrophobia. This is just a weird place. It’s essentially a decorated motor lodge. I think it would be good if you plan to eat at the restaurant, which we did not. The pool is closed for the winter, even though it’s late April. The bed is relatively uncomfortable, too soft. "We all (family and friends) really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and ‘man cave’ plus a patio and pool, we had plenty of room. Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room."
