“Property cancelled on us at 0031 the day of our booking. Weren’t able to get other accommodation which meant that we had to cancel our whole trip and lost money for trains and gig tickets ”

“Great apartment - clean and very well equipped. Excellent communication with the hosts when required. The area is quiet but also has good links to bus network and on to Southall for the Elizabeth Line. Able to park on a local street without permit which was very helpful. Happy to recommend and will look to stay again next time we are travelling to London. Thank you!”

“I booked this property 5 weeks in advance to stay 19th to 24th June 2025. Host ignored all of my messages and never sent me check-in instructions. On the day of check in, I asked him again for check in instructions. He immediately cancelled the booking, leaving me stranded in London with nowhere to stay for me, my wife & two children. The host's excuse was "Property maintenance issue - water leak". So why did he not contact me earlier to advise of this? I suspect that he had the property double……
