DO NOT USE
The host double booked us, so after chasing the check in details they finally confirmed this at 16.00 on check in day. They then sought to relocate us to another property, which was in extremely poor condition and had the gas supply cut off meaning no heating or hot water.
We managed to find showers at Paddington station at a cost of £7 per person, we thought it would be reasonable for the host to cover this cost along with recompense for inconvenience - but unfortunately they reviewed.
Absolutely terrible host! Fortunately their agents TravelNest agreed with our issues and offered a refund.
