“Let's start with the positives. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the HVAC system kept the room at the exact temperature I wanted throughout my stay. The gym and pool were both nice amenities, and the staff were friendly and genuinely seemed happy to see guests.
