Great location near the park. Rooms are borderline in need of renovation but they are doing their best with the current state and age of the hotel. Clean overall. Convenient restaurant and nice staff.

Great hotel, top recommendation

Definitely a great choice. The hotel is very clean and is perfectly located for sightseeing as well as casually strolling the city. It is very kids friendly and offers a huge selection on halal food with the breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly. They let us check in 6 hours earlier than we had booked free of charge as we had arrived very early that day.

A very nice hotel. Good location. Good breakfast, very nice staff. One minus was that it was very cold in the room. It was not possible to adjust the temperature as the control was broken. Very low water pressure in the shower on floor 10 Really affordable hotel

Airconditioning was down in my room. Staff claim it was the only room of my type left and could not change my room. Provided a standing fan but ventilation was poor. Not a good experience overall.

Check in staff was very polite and professional. Hotel was cleaned, breakfast was lovely. Great location for where we were going and Hotel car park was a secure area. The only downside was a crack basin in the bathroom and looked like a leak under the basin to which we reported this to the reception staff. I would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely go back there again

Mark, at the front desk in the evenings, was a fantastic resource for directing us to, and getting us into, the best places to visit, restaurants and shops, and getting quick access to transportation. He and all of the staff were great! That was just an added bonus perk. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a great vacation guys!

Poor standard

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The price we paid was extortionate and the standard was about as good as a premier inn. The rooms are dated, rust on the pillows, bathrooms tired and dirty. There was a buzzing sound from our door that sounded like a mosquito. Would not recommend.

The hotel is in good central location though the area can be noisy on weekends. The building is a bit tired and can use a renovation. Having said that, the room had everything we needed, staff was really professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good with ample choice. Overall, good stay

Great location and amazing service!

Great location close to the most important attractions in London. Very close to bus stops and metro to move to other parts of the city. They were very friendly and allowed me to early check in at 12:00 noon after my 7 hours trip from the USA. That allowed my family to rest at least for 3 hours before going out recharged! Very nice staff.

Very good experience

Everything was great except weather was so hot and the room’s A/C I believe was only a fan. So if you are going in hot summer time, keep that in mind. Otherwise, hotel rooms, bathrooms are clean and thoughtful.
